Welcome hours, room access and luggage, and transfers for your arrival: the practical information for your stay, gathered here. Reception is on hand for anything you need.

Your welcome
Reception welcomes you during the day; if you arrive overnight, we will provide instructions for automated check-in. Staff presence and room check-in times are separate.

Room access and luggage
Guest rooms are on the first floor, reached by the palazzo’s historic staircase. *The property has no lift.*
While staff are on site, we collect your luggage at reception or directly from your car or transfer vehicle and take it to your room.
The Junior Suite’s terrace is reached by a spiral staircase. If you have mobility requirements, please contact us so that we can discuss the spaces and the most suitable accommodation together.

Transfers
We arrange transfers to your chosen destination, agreeing the route, time and cost in advance.
For Catania Fontanarossa Airport the service has a per-room, per-one-way rate, given in the practical information below.
