Arriving by car
When you arrive, we are here.
You can drive to the palazzo even when the ZTL limited-traffic zone is in operation, following our directions for the final part of the journey. We will record your vehicle registration and take care of the necessary notification to the Municipal Police as part of your welcome.

If you arrive overnight, we will provide instructions for automated check-in. Staff presence and room check-in times are separate.
Private parking and valet
Private parking is available for an additional charge, on request and subject to confirmation. Spaces are limited: please let us know your vehicle’s dimensions when booking so that we can check for a suitable space.
During valet hours, staff can take your car and park it, or assist you with parking. Valet hours do not limit the hours during which you can use the car park. Charges and conditions for both services will be specified in the confirmation.
Transfers
We arrange transfers to your chosen destination, agreeing the route, time and cost in advance.
Transfers to or from Catania Fontanarossa Airport start from €120 per room, per one-way transfer.
Room access and luggage
Guest rooms are on the first floor, reached by the palazzo’s historic staircase. The property has no lift.
While staff are on site, from 07:00 to midnight, we collect your luggage at reception or directly from your car or transfer vehicle and take it to your room.
The Junior Suite’s terrace is reached by a spiral staircase. If you have mobility requirements, please contact us so that we can discuss the spaces and the most suitable accommodation together.
